What is a Spiritual awakening and how does it feel?

In our modern society and the fast paced world we live in unfortunately it is very easy to become disconnected , not only within ourselves but also with the world around us.

If you are completely honest how happy and satisfied are you with your life ? Because often as human beings we are constantly striving for an improvement to our lives which will bring the necessary changes that we are searching for .

Interestingly enough it is often a feeling of dissatisfaction within our lives that can trigger a Spiritual awakening but other factors include experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event or an increased sense or longing for a deeper sense of purpose and connection with our self and others and as a result practising Spiritual.practices with the correct intention to improve your life and focus can iniate change on a very deep level.

When you start to experience Spiritual awakening you may see new colours or feel movement occurring in the body, particularly up and down the spine , almost like a wave or tingling sensation. These changes can be powerful and not always feel pleasant as there can also be extreme headaches or a feeling of disorientation or discomfort which can cause concern as the energy starts too move and the body starts to awaken and release the negativity that affected your life force previously. There will be profound shifts in your view of others and the world you live in and you will become more perceptive as your intuition increases.

As your sense of consciousness increases , old patterns and ways of thinking that did not serve you in the past will be replaced with a deeper understanding of self, giving you an increased sense of awareness, purpose and an increased sense of perspective which perhaps you did not have previously.

To initiate change you must be ready and willing to be honest with yourself and self reflect because healing and growth will only occur with those who are ready to integrate change within their lives , which can then lead to transformation on every level.
