How can you increase your own self love within yourself?

How can you increase your own self love within yourself?

Are you the person that always puts others needs above your own or bases your self worth on other people's opinions?
If so maybe it's time for a little self reflection and here are some tips that may help you .
Don't worry about what others think about you, celebrate who you are as a person . If you feel you need to change who you are for friends or a partner, maybe it's time to have a little evaluation, not everyone is going to like who you are that's human nature but better to stay true to yourself rather than try to be someone else that is not you , just to please others .
Stop comparing yourself to other people and their achievements . Everyone is walking their own path through life and your goals and dreams will not be the same as other people's, make peace with that .
Allow yourself to make mistakes, you are human and when you do speak kindly to yourself, because it is very common not to do so. Remember the words you speak to yourself will resonate within you and then out to others. Reflect love inwardly and others will feel that too.
Your value is not measured by somebody else's opinion so let go of toxic people and surround yourself instead with those who love you unconditionally and can help you grow in confidence.
Learn to process emotions, fear, self doubt and insecurity are negative emotions that hold us back in life and stop us achieving our potential. If you want something badly enough you will always find a reason and way to achieve it.Nothing is unattainable if you truly want it.
Take advantage of new opportunities, as you grow and become more confident so will your self esteem. You are your own person and completely unique, treasure that .
