How does your energy affect your mood and wellbeing and other people?
In previous posts we have discussed the importance of mindset so on this note how does your energy affect the way you feel? Whether we choose to believe it or not it is directly linked to our mindset.
Everyone of us have bad days occasionally it's a part of navigating life but if our mindset and mood is constantly negative it can cause significant problems in all aspects of our lives . For this reason practising awareness and becoming more conscious in your way of thinking can be hugely beneficial.
The way we chose to react to situations will determine how we feel within and our energy levels which will fluctuate depending on our mood. A negative mindset will lead to blockages within the body causing our energy to deplete. Symptoms may include exhaustion, insomnia, memory loss, Stress, Anxiety and Depression, digestion problems and mood swings affecting our ability to concentrate and make decisions, whilst a positive mindset promotes strength, resilience ,success. and good health.
Your mindset has a direct effect not only on mood but also your health. Have you ever wondered why some people tend to get sick all the time whilst others rarely do? It's because their mindset directly affects the immune system and therefore the energy flow within the body. If the mindset is positive there will be less blockages therefore promoting a stronger flow of chi and energy.
Often if we take the time to understand our situation it is not as bad as we may have initially made it out to be and it is crucial to understand that our mindset has a direct effect on our energy and the way we feel. It is no secret that the most successful people all have a positive mindset and therefore the ability to achieve whatever they desire.
We all will suffer set backs but it is how you choose to deal with the difficult situations that will determine if you will prosper or fail in the future.
Meditation, emotional cleansing practising gratitude and journaling can be helpful tools to understand your concerns and connect with yourself better ,allowing you to attract abundance and success in every aspect of your lives.

How does your energy affect other people?
Have you ever been at a social gathering and one person may walk into a room and light it up leaving others feeling inspired ,happy, confident, recharged and uplifted? Whilst another may enter and suddenly the energy in the room changes and others start to feel exhausted, drained, tense, insecure and uncomfortable ?
This is because of the energy we radiate out to others, which has a ripple effect and the difference between the impact that positive energy and negative can have, because as human beings we all have a sixth sense and as a result can naturally feel energy shifts within others, especially if that person is known well to us.
These energy shifts are often noticed by the majority, although people who are empaths, highly sensitive or very conscious and aware may be deeply affected as energy is often an unconscious exchange of our thoughts, feelings and intentions that will always have an impact on others and so as a result we do not need to be physically in contact, just been in the vicinity of that persons energy will have a direct affect on us.
You have a conscious choice every day of the impact you choose to have on others by your intention towards them and how you treat them, which speaks volumes about who you really are as a person because all too often others can wear masks, as they may be afraid of judgement from others If they show them who they really are and yet if you cannot be honest with yourself then how can you ever be truly happy and connect with like minded souls if you are giving the impression of being someone else?
Peer pressure can often cause others to feel they need to 'fit in' or conform to be accepted leading to false representation of who a person really is. In addition, words can often be spoken in haste, but actions are often chosen and deliberate.
All these aspects are exchanges of energy and it's important to take responsibility for the impact your words and behaviour will have on others.
Being kind costs nothing and can turn a life around whilst negative behaviour is incredibly damaging . Hurt people hurt others, healed people help others. Simple words but honest ones.
