What is the 'aura?' How can we see it for ourselves?
What is the 'aura?' How can we see it for ourselves?
The colours can vary significantly with the most healthy auras having a bright and clear appearance and can often be found surrounding healers or those with a pure soul, those who are spiritual and enlightened beings who love unconditionally and provide light, guidance and comfort to those around them .
By contrast a dark and murky aura can signify negatively within the body including addictions, anger, jealousy, addictions, lack of healthy boundaries and self esteem and emotional blockages.
It is also worth noting however, that a murky aura can also signify Depression, Anxiety and grief. The size and visability of the aura is dependent on our mood and emotions, it increases when we feel confident and happy and decreases when we are feeling insecure or unhappy.
It can be difficult to see the aura with the naked eye, although using peripheral vision, spiritual practices ,a mirror or by photographing it can be effective ways in which to experience it.
You can also try to slowly move the hand away from the face towards a white background and then look at the gap between the fingers to see what colours become apparent it takes practice but in time it is possible . Seeing the aura of a person can also tell us a great deal about them without them saying a word , as unfortunately not everyone is always honest about their intentions or who they are as a person but the colours of the aura will always reveal their true nature which can be helpful when choosing friendships, personal relationships and even potential business partners you can trust!
