What is Gratitude Meditation and how could it help you?
Gratitude Meditation is taking the time to focus on the present moment and becoming aware of all the things we have in our life to be grateful for.
Life is full of challenges at times but also blessings and your mindset will have a huge impact as to not only how happy you will be in life but also how successful in all aspects not just financially, because the richest people in life are those who do not necessarily have a big bank balance but are able to see the positive aspects of life and a situation, more then the negative , so they naturally flourish.
Throughout our journey in life we will encounter good and bad, in our relationships, employment and opportunities. It can be easy when we stumble across hardships to become disheartened instead of looking at them as a learning curve, because often the universe will keep sending us signs until we take notice and change our learned behavior. Therefore what can appear to be periods of bad luck are actually powerful life lessons that can help us to learn and grow, so instead of attracting scarcity we attract abundance.
When was the last time you took time to appreciate what we can often take for granted? the coffee our partner made for us, our child our friend babysat so we could go out. The man who gave you his seat on the bus when you were tired....the list goes on. The truth is our day is full of things to be grateful for.
Practicing Gratitude Meditation helps us to find joy in the little things and enables us to be truly thankyou and appreciative for what we have instead of feeling resentful or jealous of other peoples lives .
Through becoming more mindful we naturally start to release what no longer serves us. Stress levels decrease as cortisol is reduced and the brain rewires leading to the production of Dopamine and Seratonin making us feel happier and more content.
Through an increased connection within, we become more compassionate with ourselves and others, leading to increased emotional wellbeing, satisfaction and abundance in every area of our lives.

Stress is highly detrimental to our state of well being, particularly in the workplace. Just 20 minutes of meditation daily can help to reduce Stress, making decision making less overwhelming in addition to regulating the emotional system, increasing our ability to make rational decisions for the longterm, as opposed rash decisions that can have consequences.
Do you ever feel 'stuck' in your life? Did you know that the fear of failure or judgement can often limit your growth potential?
There is nothing worse then regret and the worst that can happen is things will not work out the way you want but then at least you will know ... so take a deep breath and go after what you want.
