What is loving Kindness meditation and how can it benefit you?
Loving Kindness meditation focuses on using love, kindness and forgiveness to enable you to let go of any past trauma or unresolved pain that was experienced that caused emotional upset in some capacity.
The people who can benefit the most from this style of meditation are the following.
Those who have suffered a loss of passing of a loved one and are struggling to process the varying emotions that inevitably come with grief.
Those suffering the breakdown of a relationship through infidelity or a lost connection and struggling to move on .
Those who have become e strained from family or loved ones.
Those who have had a traumatic childhood and never fully healed.
Relationships are never straight forward but one thing is for certain love in whatever form if it is genuine and sincere is always unconditional this can be applied to friendships, emotional relationships or family ties and there will be no doubt in your mind .
