Governing attributes: higher self, cosmic forces, divine consciousness

The crown chakra or Sahasrara as it is known in Sanskrit is the final main energy centre located at the top of the head and operates at the highest vibration. It is our connection to the spirit world where we can connect with our ancestors, angels and guides if we can learn to surrender and simply let go. In a world where there is so much control and everything relates to time there is no such concept spiritually. Our ego naturally likes to control the way we think and feel about things and often if we want something badly enough we will constantly focus and put all our energy into pursuing that goal. However divine consciousness works on a much more subtle level, it is positive to manifest and put our desires out into the universe but then to try to let go and just trust in the powers that by that you will be guided on the journey you are meant to take.

It can be difficult to give up the control but the universe does not work in a direct way and it may be that you will send out prayers for something you dearly are hoping to acquire but the answers you are looking for may come from numerous forms such as dreams, signs, numbers, symbols or even someone you are connected to in some way who will be able to relate back to you the answers you are looking for through some experience they would have had which they know is directly related to you.   These are all channels which are used by the higher self. The cosmic forces are constantly channelling energy if we are only open to seeing the messages they are trying to relay to us in some way.

Balanced and healthy crown chakra:  An openness to trusting in the higher self and believing that things will work out exactly the way they are meant too at the right time, trusting that there is a bigger power out there then we are initially aware of which has the capacity to bring us through prayer and manifestation everything we need at that particular time, be able to interpret signs or symbols or the meaning in random colours or animals.

Understanding that synchronicity s are happening for a reason and that if you watch for the signs then act upon them the next step will become evident on your journey.

Blocked and closed crown chakra: feeling closed and cut off from others and the world, feeling blocked no trust in the universe and not open to receiving messages or guidance. Working too hard, unable to slow down and focus.

Overly open/active chakra:  constantly focusing all energy into willing change to happen immediately, having physic readings constantly or always looking at tarot cards for guidance as opposed waiting and trusting for change to come, taking hallucinating drugs in the hope that certain things will be experienced.

How to re balance the crown chakra: Slow down …understand that some things are out of your control, send out your prayers and intention then sit back and wait for the answers to come do not force yourself to see or try to experience visions ,dreams or signs they will come when the time is ready. Avoid drinking fluoride through water as this blocks the pineal gland which is where the divine wisdom is able to communicate from and practice meditation daily for at least 20 minutes. Intermittent fasting can also be helpful.
