What are the signs of someone who may be lacking in self love?

The relationships we form in our lives will have a huge impact and influence on both our mental and physical health affecting our confidence and self esteem on our journey throughout life, so choose your relationships carefully and listen to your instincts , if it does not feel right or is affecting your wellbeing do not be afraid to walk away and break the toxic cycle as we attract to us people who reflect back to us the way we feel about ourselves!
If the relationships we have experienced since childhood have been loving, present and supportive, we will naturally grow to become self assured , happy and confident individuals but if the relationships have been toxic, abusive or emotionally unavailable we will naturally reflect this both in the relationships we have with ourselves in addition to the relationships we share with others.
So what are some of the signs that someone may be lacking in self love or self esteem?
People pleasing , unable to say no to others
Avoiding life challenges or changes due to a fear of the unknown
Trying to be perfect at all times because of a fear of rejection
Abusing their bodies through eating disorders, or addictions such as drugs or alcohol abuse in an attempt to numb or block out inner pain or insecurities
A low resilience to cope under Stress due to a fear of judgement from others or being afraid to be seen as weak
Self criticism due to a lack of self worth
Jealousy/putting others down to make themselves feel better
